A gentle form of treatment. Bowen works to balance and stimulate energy flow, resulting in a deep sense of relaxation.

Lilian will support you and your partner through the pregnancy, birth and parenting experience.

Lilian is a qualified vet nurse who uses Bowen therapy and Shiatsu techniques to improve animal health and assist recovery post-surgery.

Allergies and Skin conditions, Arthritis and Muscular Sprains & Strains, Back problems can be helped.

Meet Lilian Rytt

Lilian has a vast experience in bodywork and health.

She is a qualified Shiatsu Practitioner, since 1986, and lectured up to Diploma Level in Shiatsu at Nature Care College and the Australasian College of Natural Therapies.

In addition, Lilian is a qualified Bowen Therapy Practitioner, a practicing Doula (Birth Assistant), who has been assisting women in birth for over 27 years. Lilian has been practicing and teaching yoga since 1984 and incorporates this together with Bowen and Shiatsu into her– pre natal & post natal treatments.

She is a qualified Vet Nurse, and uses her Bowen and Shiatsu skills to improve animal health post surgery or illness.

Lilian draws on her many years of experience and variety of bodywork skills to replenish and centre your life force.

Lilian is fluent in Spanish, Portugese and Conversational French
